Learn all ingredients effects before making Alchemy legendary, currently have the perk where you can discover effects when eating ingredient.
Once Alchemy is made legendary and reset, you can get 4 skill points refunded from that specific perk, as you won't need that perk any more.
Saints and Seducers, fighting Thoron in Solitude Sewers.
