Korean Air B747-8i (HL7642) *MAJESTIC* Arrival into London Heathrow from Seoul | Filmed in 4K UHD

- The Boeing 747 is an iconic aircraft in the aviation industry. Being around for more than 50 years now, it dominated London Heathrow from the early 1970's, to the late 2010's. Since the COVID Pandemic in 2020, nearly all carriers ( especially British Airways ) waved goodbye to the Queen Of The Skies. Except 3 carriers, this one being Korean Air. Having a fleet of the more modern 747-8i, this summer they were scheduled to operate KE907 from Seoul in South Korea to London Heathrow. My final time seeing a passenger operated 747 route to EGLL was back in October 2019, and now almost 5 years later, I fgot to see this beauty!! Even though this is the UK's only scheduled pax 747 route, unfortunetly the 748 wont be staying around for any longer as in October Korean Air are switching it back to their B777-300ER's.

Yeah I get what you mean, I still remember in 2019 when I was searching up to book a flight with BA to JFK with the BA 747, however I wasnt too convinced at the time as they were scheduled to leave literally this uear, but COVID really ploughed through everything...
