CPI 2024 Session 8: Northeast Collaborative

As the CalAIM landscape has evolved, DHCS realizes that the needs of key stakeholders have evolved with it. Therefore, the Northeast Collaborative is an equity-driven networking and planning group for CalAIM partners (including rural, historically marginalized, and BIPOC+-led or serving organizations) in these counties to collectively identify and resolve CalAIM contracting and implementation issues. Critically, this includes uplifting how CalAIM funding initiatives-including PATH and IPP-can be used to address the challenges you are facing, such as improving coordination between providers, standardizing processes, and building authentic cross-sector relationships.
