I had the exact same issues with alignment so you're not alone. If you buy a 2nd pill you'll need to order the barebones kit.

Thanks Gash. I noticed that the sticky foam pieces come pre-installed now. When I got mine they were separate and there were no instructions just a dead link and the Kegland video never had a clear closeup view. I had some idea but sometimes things that stick together don't come apart in a good way so I put it away until now. Too easy with clear instructions. Thanks again mate.
I just bought a barebones pack and they weren't installed, but they were different to the ones in my video as well, so I might upload that too as a short video, thanks for the info, Cheers mate!

I have a question for you, I’m sure you can answer it?? I bought a Pill, I set it up on WiFi every 60mins. Should the Pill switch back on every hour and send a message/result to the Rapt Portal and then switch off for another hour?
If I understand you correctly, yes it should. Wifi is problematic, you need a very good signal. Bluetooth is better but you need a repeater. Did you make sure you charge the unit for 24hrs?

its good they decided to sell the coil and weights as a kit on their own, it proves they listen to the customer feedback. but at only $10 less might be worth just picking up the whole kit

Anyone know if the light on the charging pad should be red or green? Mine flashes green the goes red and I'm getting no joy charging :(
Any tips on how to clean the Pill? Every time I clean it in PBW solution the clear half gets hazy. Thanks!
I just wipe mine 99% of the time and then sanitise, or use some sodium percarbonate if I clean the fermenter with it and the pill goes for the ride, I rarely use PBW, maybe for a deep clean of things every 6 months, and even then, my mix is mostly just sodium percarbonate with a spoonful of PBW or Stellarclean, its the sodium percarbonate that is the active ingredient, the PBW just has a touch of soap in it. Cheers!
