I really like this tight edit highlight reel. I especially enjoyed seeing each robot's qualifying matches back to back - that was a good way of showing the journey.
52:18 every time pigeon/Bobby lands a hitt it looks like it definitely lost the engagement and then the opponent just isn't working any more. Love that machine
I know you guys made tap out give more points to encourage players to not do it. But it hurts watching your creation gets its teeth kicked in when its already down 😅
@@mysterioso4865 According to the discord announcement, both the highlights on ESPN and the full tournament vod will be uploaded to the nhrl channel following the end of the espn segment
Love these highlights. Hate to say, but boring robots are boring robots. No matter the commentator filler, unless you get Kurt Russel or Kevin Bacon or Keanu Reeves.

Pepe silvia doesnt even walk on its legs it walks on the sides of them, arguably making it more terrifying and more unholy
Project liftoff is such an amazing design and super complicated! Love it!

This is insane!! This amount of freedom in the design 10/10!
I like this edited highlight video, so much more interesting and easier to watch. This is what we want, thank you!
No one should want this
We want it
Who’s Pepe Silvia? I keep seeing Pepe Silvia, Pepe Silvia, this guy doesn’t exist! I gotta dig deeper

Chainsaw Kitty is ny favourite bot 😊 it kind of reminds me of Ghost Raptor in it's ascetic 😅 with that rustic steam punk vibe going on lol
Great production, the casters, rules, special bot. All so supportive. 🥰
Glad this was in my recommended, I haven't seen anything like this before.
This is super cool. I used to watch battle bots as a kid and this seems to be a new version.

That was awesome. Thanks so much for the edit!

Has nobody ever made a tazer robot to just fry the opponent's circuitry or is that not allowed? mini emp bot.
Unfortunately, electrical and shock weapons are explicitly not permitted in NHRL rules, perhaps for conductivity reasons
Electrical and shock weapons such as tasers and cattle prods are not permitted.
Ah yes mini emp. On a bot that would also be electrical, in an area with electronics, in an electronic heavy building.
@@carsons8389 what could possibly go wrong?
About 24 or 25 minutes in: would you like that hand tossed? Or just plain totally obliterated?
woo pepekittymizer
I watch these because why not it's robots fighting
Hell yeah

The good news is all the stuff'll end up on the RUclips anyway, and they're back to just streaming here next tournament
