I decided to do a desk makeover since i’ll be spending most of my time studying at my dorm because of online classes. Im excited to share it with you and finally im done! I looked for inspirations on Pinterest countless time but i had to do it according to my own style to be motivated whenever I'm studying. I searched all the things i need before hand and end up buying in Muji and department store. Most of my stationary and stickers are from shopee and national bookstore. Overall, I enjoyed the whole process of doing this makeover. I hope you had fun watching this video as much as i did while doing this.

Instead of buying everything, I asked my parents for aesthetic colored paper
They said no TnT"
So I printed it using our printer
And watched tutorials of how to make organizers on yt and made them my self using cardboard from old amazon boxes and the paper I printed
And also made stickers and a couple other stationary/decor items myself
It's certainly not the aesthetic desk I wished for but I made almost everything myself and I'm proud of it
I'm saying this to prove you that you don't need to have money to do these things, just imagination and determination ^^

Guys, I know we will never reach our desired “aesthetic” room, but that shouldn’t take away the enjoyment of the space you already have, and working on it little by little. Fortunately, I have a little corner in my house’s office room, which I thought could never be customized or bigger.
I recently went through my filing cabinet and scanned almost all of the papers, and then threw them away (well, my brother does sculptures with paper, so I saved them for him). Once I figured that mess out, I put up two small ikea shelves (without legs), and then put up an old tv in front of my space where I could connect my switch easily.
I know people may not have the luxury of a whole room or office space, but if you do, try organizing it first, then slowly building up the walls with shelves (you could put your decorations or game boxes there if you have consoles). The point is that you could do anything with your area, and love the feel of it.
I didn’t realize that I needed to clean up my area and organize everything so that I have the least possible things on or around my desk. This made it so I didn’t have to suffer with cluttered desk space or annoying stuff laying around. If this is not your case, then I hope you find some way to love you space or improve it with little knickknacks (ikea sells pretty cheap stuff in comparison to other furniture stores).

honestly you dont need a high high budget, you can just switch things around, make diy's using dollar tree items, deep clean, get rid of clutter, and BOOM it might be better than you thought it would be

It's alright! I used to want a white desk sooooo much too but I realised I already am lucky to have my own desk so that gave me comfort ❤❤ or alternatively, it'll be a quick fix for you to purchase white contact paper and paste it on your desk surface too! Much simpler and wallet-friendly too. 😊😊 hope that you've been able to realise your white dream desk though!
