Ma'am , I have an doubt ,that the eyes of the coconut on the kalsha should be facing toward us or top , many of keep coconut or green coconut facing toward them and many of them keeps facing top , few says that keeping in top facing of coconut can lead your increase in enemy
Sir, I think you can face it either way. Depends on what rituals are followed in our family. In my family, we always keep coconut with the eyes facing top.

For Navarathri, saree for kalash should be changed every day ?
No, you should not touch the kalash at all during navaratri as durga is said to have come to your house once you start worshipping the first day. That is why, you should keep the flower decoration simple in such a way that you can remove the old flower without disturbing the kalash. Remove the kalash only after 10th day of navaratri.

Sir, this durga idol was given given to me by a temple as a blessing. I do not know from which shop this was purchased or the cost of this. This is 1.25feet in height and weighs about 12kg. So, i am guessing that this would cost between Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000. Tarang antique shop told me that they can make this idol exactly like mine if order can be given.
