Over 65, kids gone. Retired, looking to downsize from larger city, move closer to family in OK. Where's the hospitals, care centers instead of schools. 😊

There are multiple hospitals in the OKC Metro, but I would say that the Edmond NW OKC area will give you the most access. Edmond has three hospitals(Mercy, Integris, OU medical), and just outside of Edmond along the turnpike you have two more (Mercy, Heart Hospital). Just south of Edmond you have McBride and Bone and Joint that do Ortho. The area also has more skilled units and assisted living. The city has made a big push for senior activities, it's not Florida, but people are getting out and it's nice to see.

I'm surprised Bethany & Warr acres wasn't on your list. They are located near the FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. Also the Putnam City school district is very top rated compared to OKC.

Thanks for watching the channel and I appreciate the feedback. I thnk Bethany is a great choice, and I've talked about the school disctrict in a couple of my other videos. As for Putanam CIty schools, they're mostly in Oklahoma City so it's really not a suburb.

Agree. Most of NW OKC further out from Warr Acres and Bethany is what I would call "suburb=esk" or "suburb-like", and is what most of the Putnam City School District covers. Thats often confusing since there is no actual City of Putnam City.

Good video! I would add that Piedmont and Yukon, along with Mustang and Deer Creek; basically, everything West of OKC Proper still has an element of being farm or ranch centric if anyone is looking for that. They all were central farm towns back prior to the 80s or so and alot of ranches and farms still out there.

Thanks for watching and that's a great point. I'm doing a deeper dive into these suburbs in the coming months and will have to get that point across. Thanks

As a realtor I can't "Steer you" to any location. However, give me a call and I can help to narrow down the search by your likes and don't likes. 405-413-4415
