I’ve got both of these, and my only real issue is that I can’t get his sleeve back down, when using the fancy ‘light-gimmick’ lightsaber arm. So it looks like he rolled his sleeve up, for a fight. I eventually took advantage of this, by opening the battery compartment & posing him as though he’s fixing the circuits in his prosthetic arm.
sorry to be so off topic but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!
@@TheRowlandstone73 well, technically…. If you watch Empire carefully; the medic droid actually removed a section of Luke’s forearm. Presumably to fit all the techno-junk that would make the hand work/feel, etc. when he’s at the operating table, you see servos in his arm, moving with his fingers; and as he gets up, he closes two little flaps in his wrist.
Actually, not many people know this, but Luke was originally meant to give Artoo the lightsaber in an unfilmed scene after he arrived at Jabba's palace. I was totally thinking of that when I struck the pose above. It's in the original script, if you can find a copy of it.... (I just made all of that up. It's not even remotely true. But it COULD be true.)
Hey I have my storage and took out the robes...is it me or does the robes seem to have a flaky mold to it? I haven't touched mine and it's been in ac storage but I'm wondering why the robes feel like there dissolving or something?
Not much more to ask for those Lukes. Only accessory overlooked by HT for those releases, a gloved saber holding hand allowing formore creativity than the light-up arm.
I know this comment is old but on the website promo images for the deluxe figure it actually shows a gloved saber holding hand on the website that was never included with the figure! Kind of interesting that they had one planned but cut it out of the production.
@@Elfenlied8675309 That gloved hand is most likely the one coming with the light-up arm. Pose on the box sticker is the same used on most official shots.
He puts on a glove after his hand gets damaged and has exposed wiring. His robotic hand looks completely human in Return of the Jedi before its damaged.
Gorgeous figure and nice pose, but if yer doing "canonical" with not having his fake hand injured yet, he shouldn't have the lightsaber either as he had that stored in R2 at the time. Edit: I see someone else already said that, hahaha.

Greetings, General! One of the things I try to do with HTBAP is to apply techniques that aren't limited to the figure being showcased in the video. Many of the tips and tricks I show in this video can be applied to other figures. Give it a try!
*THANK YOU TERRY!!!*
*I‘ve been waiting months for that!*
*You are amazing*
Max, you win the award for Most Enthusiastic Comment. Thanks, as always. :)
WOW! This was a perfect example of how to combine the two releases. Great!
Hmmm, I wonder why this is in my recommended today?!
The regular first release was my first hot toys figure. Absolutely worth the money.

@Emmitt Silas instablaster ;)
To be fair though, it was only Luke's hand that was prosthetic, not his arm.

@@LanIaFortroSha You're absolutely right, I totally forgot about that! My bad.
Neither kit is available for purchase any more ... Is the Endor regular version worth buying?
Oh, yeah. Definitely.
Insanely realistic luke,cheers
Superb 👌
He didnt have his lightsaber when he went to see jabba...r2 had it all that time...just saying😊
Very true
Moses Jaen True reverend.
That led to one of my favorite scenes in SW.

@@PosemasterGeneral @Terry Smith in the deleted scene he is sitting in a cave building his lightsaber and gives it to r2 there after😊

I personally prefer the body from the Endor version. It's slimmer and I think it looks better.

He lost his hand in EMPIRE. He should have the glove hand on.
You may need to rewatch return of the jedi

I have this figure. 😬

Terry Smith absolutely! Although I don’t have Boba I will 100% try to apply HTBAP poses to my upcoming Mando 😎
Poser vision??? Is Terry a Terminator? Lol.
Yes. Next question? ;)
