@ wrong. I suffered venous leg ulcers 14 years after a freak blood clot in my left leg. Our NHS just managed them with compression for seven years. I eventually went to the Whiteley Clinic, a specialist vein clinic, in London and after a duplex vein mapping scan I had Endovenous laser ablation therapy, together with Transluminal occlusion of perforators (I had four damaged perforators) many doctors cannot treat perforator veins because they are not Phlebologists. I then, after an eight week gap had Ultrasound foam guided Sclerotherapy. This was in 2018 and I have never looked back. Sclerotherapy should only be used after other procedures to round off the treatment. Best money I ever spent. No, if the correct veins are identified and treated they absolutely will never come back because they’re no longer there.
Hey I actually got this done when I was in 6th grade and I was under no anesthesia at all and I'm going to go for it again tomorrow. And I wanna know did ur vascular malformation decrease at all?
@@linnsoltwedel ok new edit I got it done yesterday evening and the doses were higher than before and it was painful as hell but I was able to control it.
What agent do you use?

Sclerotherapy alone is inadequate treatment for serious venous insufficiency.
They'll just come back if they're enstensive.

I'm considering getting sclerotherapy for my avm. Does it hurt a lot? How long did it take to fully recover?
@@caelidevera1943 If you get it, be put under! Not just morphine! Demand to be put under anestishia.
