I followed Generation X back in the day along with the Damned and have many great memories but to see Billy Idol on stage with the Sex Pistols is a mind fuck 😱 amazing doesn’t even come close 🐸😎🇬🇧.
Talented musicians having some fun and playing some really good songs that they actually created,just enjoy it for what it is,i doubt they need the money,Tony James probably daren’t even ask the others if they could do a Sigue Sigue Sputnik song 🤠
and me. Two things marred the show. 1. naff cider 2 nowhere near enough loos. I'm glad I stayed sober for the day. Last year New Day Festival. Great cider . Plenty of loos for the number of people. Department S played.
Looks like dudes are having a good time! And that's the point of the story. If anyone else from the audience enjoys it, and by the choral singing it could be concluded... Then the thing 100 percent succeeded!
Actually the Marshall & P90 pick up sound a little muddy to me.. the original was with a Fender twin, which gave it a more biting sound, a Les Paul Deluxe with the mini humbuckers, would be better. But it a matter of taste.

Really have no idea what you are going on about, they reformed in 96 & toured the World & then did more tours in 2002, 2003, 2007 & 2008. The 1996 Filthy Lucre tour was the Pistols at their best, the best they ever played live. So when did John run a mile exactly? It was Jones who was busy with his radio show.
