How to clean brass which are fixed on clothes? I've a brass studded shirt for stage shows & I want to clean the studs without damaging my shirt! HELP!!!!
Use the green painter's tape and cover the surrounding material with it with only your brass being the only thing exposed... i would use Brasso metal polish with a micro soft cloth, as you can control the amount of Brasso absorbed into the cloth... You do not want the Brasso to run when applying any pressure to your brass pieces... Another excellent metal polish is Nevrdull cotton wad polish also using tape to protect material... These are both excellent products.... Not sure they're not on this list... These were all we used on our brass in the military....
