Reading the 24 DHS budget,..I watched a vid review of the 24 budget. They found 7b unassigned and ready for anything.
On page 63 of the budget read to the bottom of what this serves it describes the migrant community specifically. Relocation funds. More. Takes time but go read it!!

That $750 is what’s called “Serious Needs Assistance.” It’s an up-front, direct payment to survivors who qualify. IT IS NOT A LOAN. It's people like you that's causing people to suffer instead of seeking assistance.
