I recall a segment where a woman was having a heart attack. The officer gave mouth to mouth while the cameraman did CPR.
100% sure they could be bothering far worse people than white bandana guy. Poor guy just tryin' to not be in pain... clearly everything he owns was in his pockets. The old days of policing are over. Stops and contacts have to be legit. Can't just stop them without probable cause or a lawyer can get it tossed out in court. Bodycams were a great idea.
