Do that for 2-3 days and it's gone until next summer or whenever it appears for you. It's also not contagious

I'm 45 and didn't start using steroids until I was 32. Last year, I ended up in the ICU for 5 days with Afib and tachycardia (190 BPM). I was 6' 6" 286 lbs. and 9-10% BF. I'm now on a low dose doctor prescribed by an endocrinologist TRT (120mg per week). I've lost massive amounts of muscle...now just about 250 lbs., biceps went from 21" to 18.25". And BF stayed the same even after losing almost 40 lbs. which sucked. I now suffer from extreme body dysmorphia but at least I'm alive and my health markers are now very good. If I almost died and I didn't use steroids until age 32, how is a guy who started at 15 possibly make it to 30.

His genetics aren't even that great, he's blasting more stuff than you can imagine and it's just made him a gigantic bloat lord with almost no structure. Obviously he's big but it's pretty easy to be big but it's much harder to be big and look good
The amount of muscle mass you can gain via response to various compounds is the single most fundamental factor in genetic response to gear (barring instant death or some unbelievably insane outlier who cant tolerate gear somehow or another from a health standpoint at all). Your shape ultimately doesnt matter if youre only 185lbs and 12% bodyfat. Bodybuilding even mens physique in the modern era is 100% size oriented and the criteria is essentially which person with the most mass also has good shape, they are not looking at the 190lb guy who has perfect shape and then trying to figure out if hes big enough afterwards, that is entirely backwards (regardless of whether it should be or not).
He didn’t eat his vomit listen closely he says he finished what was left on the plate while his mom cleaned the wall, still bad but I feel like this matters

@jesusvaldez8677 😂
Your not a smart guy no offense
@@richardlawson6787and you’re an Assh0le for talking down on others life choices especially because he literally did it smarter then most people. I’m sure you’ve done or said some pretty unintelligent things he was just open about his experience. Instead of shaming others maybe you should fck yrself in the @ss instead
He’s actually pretty friendly he’ll reply to you aswell
He is hilarious i like him
@@denverairport3996he’ll be dead in the next 5 years bro
@@unseenhero9726 yea its sad. but many people are too young to recognize that yet
@@unseenhero9726so true
He will be dead before he could reply😂
If there's one thing I have learnt through my own personal experience, it's that even if you naturally have great skin - it is the one organ that we can see that encompasses someone's overall health (diet, sleep, stress etc).
This kid's skin is SCREAMING at him...
Papa meat needs to do a cartoon on this guy and his vomit story
YEESSSS!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤣🤣🤣🤣
IDK he did a sam sulek parody already, he probably got burned out from animating those muscles back then.
Usually I don't watch Greg Doucette videos but this one was valid. Good stuff Coach Greg!
Long awaited video, You follow this guy so I hoped you'd post about him
My shake almost exited through my nose when i heard "he was licking vomit from the wall" Cooking Turk!
I knew greg would make a video on him
Greg, you literally saved my life, i was starting to consider steroids, now I don’t anymore
That guy Nick is full of sh**. Dude will be gone by next year.
You're brain dead. you'll be eating your words in a year because you fall for this scaremongering nonsense.
I thought you would have made this video so long ago. I am glad you finally did.
mike israetel is a great example. ive watched some of his content and he's very obviously an intelligent person, but hearing him describe his experience with steroids should be a wake up call to young people who are likely generally less rational. his supreme hate for greg is a bit surprising, though.
I think Mike said those thing to sound "cool" on youtube kids dig that shit
Yeah he is definitely thinking about coach 100% of the time and coach is farming him 100% of the time for content. I think coach is winning this game.
@@TheSTGChannelthe way they talk it's like they respect each other though. They really disagree with how they should live. But they agree on almost everything about the science of health. It seems like they say mostly the same thing except when they're talking to each other. I've got friends like that I bet everyone does.
Atleast he drop regular workout videos related how train nd perform all the thing he preaches what does greg do all day 😅 I'm watching greg for 5years he's getting entertaining but he just never share his knowledge it's all gossips nd drama
@@MrMap-z3ehe does all the time
I've been lied to and manipulated so much that I used to not like this channel. I realize now that I hated hearing the truth. Keep up the good work. Getting hate means you're untangling cognitive dissonance.
I think Svein looked better smaller in that 2023 hospital picture.
I Just started working out, and I would rather look in the mirror knowing and being proud that I worked for my physique instead of cheating or taking a short cut.
"New poses unlocked..." Coach Greg brainrotting harder than last time. 😂😂😂
Cyanosis
I'm correctly not using peds Coach Greg pointed out how scary they are and I don't care who knows I'm afraid of them. Thanks coach Greg much appreciated.I'm truly grateful for this kind of stuff
If Greg's accent is not clipped, I'm gonna be mad, that is golden :D
You are the best Greg ❤the Market need you 👍🙏Roger 🇳🇴 the only thing both young and old poor or rich want when they are dying is to get well not money or expensive cars, thanks for giving out the right info Greg to the young people harder than last time Greg
Im glad you made this video that dude is insane looking
Hey Greg, great Video bro. Its shocking how ignorant to the sides we can be when we are young.
His genetics aren't even that great, he's blasting more stuff than you can imagine and it's just made him a gigantic bloat lord with almost no structure. Obviously he's big but it's pretty easy to be big but it's much harder to be big and look good
His physique isn’t even that asthetic he looks disgusting tbh with pulombo style gut bloating
Like most these lifters people worship online.
Bloat Lord😂
When i think bloat lord i think about kyriakos grizzly😂. But this aint too far from that
the one thing that make me could never finish watching greg video is that i always having asthma disease when i heard him talking for to long
"It's hard to reach your goals when you're 6 feet under" lowkey sounds threatening hahahaha
Thank you for bringing weekly doses of Doucanity!
This is why people think all gym bros are idiots.
This guy Greg makes my day🤣
5:33 Damn Greg was not expecting that 💀
This video was really good. And educational. Keep going man 🫡
Greg flexing harder than last time with his huge mansion. 12:29
He's unashamed of being successful and I don't blame him one bit, eh?

I feel the concern and sadness that coach has. Greg will be one of the saddest people to see him pass away.
He didn’t eat his vomit listen closely he says he finished what was left on the plate while his mom cleaned the wall, still bad but I feel like this matters
He said he ate what he threw up but landed on the plate
I've been waiting for this video for quite some time lol
thank you greg for this video. i think your doing gods work and im sure you saving tons of kids from hopping on gear and ruining their health.
Fathers, be there for your children. Be a solid role model and teacher. Hard work, discipline, and most important God. Teach the youth these things and they will be successful. Im tired of watching these kids ruin their life and possibly other ppls lives. Good on Greg to help teach the correct things to everyone.
