    I am very greatful to have stumbled on your courses on Udemy.
    I went through half of your Selenium course, then got an interview in a company that used Cypress so I learnt Cypress from your tutorial in 20 hours and within the same week I wrote an end to end test scenario in both Java Selenium and Cypress that landed me the job. Then I learned RestAssured from you but my lead decided we'd go Python for API testing so I also took your Python SDET course and developed a beautiful robust framework.
    Since the top management of that company became less humane, I've shifted jobs, increased my salary and now I'm the only QA in my company, setting up the entire processes from the ground up. I keep getting messaged by recruiters even when turning off the open for work flag, and this is an insane experience knowing a secure future awaits me in a field that really interests me. My only regret is that I can't learn all of the frameworks and keep a healthy work/personal life/family balance,for example I never did performance testing but I'm sure when that'll be my priority, that I will find a good Rahul Shetty tutorial on something and grasp concepts with ease :D

    Sir, This is Nagarajan. It's a good video to know about emergence of Playwright. Nailed it perfectly in terms of benefits over Selenium and Cypress. And you shared about your inspiring story which motivates and builds confidence to everyone. I purchased all your courses. I inspired you a lot. Based on that, I started this channel. It's really tough to be like you. hat's off Sir. We are always happy and glad to hear your QA journey 👍🏻 Awesome work on Udemy online courses. Keep up the good work Sir. All the very best. Waiting for your Playwright course😊

    Sir I am very depressed not getting job. Will selenium java die in future . Will it not have scope sir. Because there is cypress selenium playwright so I'm very confused. I'm struggling to get a job as QA. It would be great if I can please get some help sir

    • @guglyh6
      @guglyh6 2 года назад +4

      1. QA as a career can never die.
      2. Selenium is releasing updates at appropriate intervals so that it can remain relevant with the technological developments.
      3. Cypress, playwright and any other tool that comes up in the future will always be easy to adapt, once you have the basic knowledge in one tool since that will not change.
      4. What you need to focus on, is remaining active and not being lazy. Keep on updating yourself with the latest trends and technologies as an IT professional in regular intervals.

      Don't worry you will get job just keep giving interviews and go to manual and then learn some automation and switch it. QA has a wide scope.

  • @fragrancelover3523
    @fragrancelover3523 2 года назад +1

    last question please.should I start cypress or selenium first. planning to move from manual to automation. 💬

    • @guglyh6
      @guglyh6 2 года назад +4

      Both have a different learning curve and different component list to learn. So, when beginning, I suggest focus on what you are trying to achieve, and the needs of the product under test, research on both the tools and find out which one suits your application under test and then go further. However, Selenium has a lot of support since the user base is definitely bigger and the developers of Selenium are bridging gaps in technological requirements really fast in terms of library integrations and feature updates.
