Great to see Monaco again! My friend had a Flat in Monaco, and I can vouch for them being minuscule. Hope you guys are feeling better after being unwell, (Malade) You always bring a breath of fresh air to your viewers! Ty!🚙
Happy New Year and glad your health is on the mend. Also glad you allowed yourselves to dis-connect. Much deserved though I know we weren't the only ones who missed you. Thanks for today.
Terrific episode to start out the New Year. Love yours & Mr Boos investigative research of some housing history of the French Riviera. Very informative. Twiggy looking great as always. Thanks again for sharing your adventures!!
Totally absorbing! Thank you Tim and Mr Boo. Bonne année ! I wonder who bought the zoo on Cap Ferrat and what did they created? I do know for a fact they did not like a guy on his run taking a photos of the public notice board about the project ... very intimidating!
Hi and thank you for sharing your life in France with us once again. Could you make one of your little cameos about the implications of living in that beautiful country under the Schengen Agreement. Best wishes for the coming year to you both.
@@MeandMonAmibetter than you were both looking in your last video anyway, hopefully you’re coughs will be gone soon and you’re be back on your riviera adventures ❤
Happy New Year Both. Really enjoyed this video. You mentioned about the “stories for another time”, please tell them. I love it when you’ve done vids on the history of the Riviera. Have watched your “Incredible Walks” series a couple of times. Glad you’re both feeling better
Just watched my first 2024 installment of your adventures after a gruelling day at work. Glad to see the AMI in action once again and of course yourselves. The last couple of days it's been near freezing here in the Midlands and I have not used the AMI today as the local climb to work and back was a struggle. Maybe next week I'll try again. Anything below 8C and it's not an easy trip. Motorists here are not very forgiving and show no mercy. Again thanks for a few minutes of pure escapism and relaxation. Thanks again. Sean.
Thanks for the response. Hope you're keeping warm. Have you seen the SILENCE 04 quadracycle car. Very nice looking, just wondering if it's popular over there as they sell them from a dealer in Birmingham.
Happy New Year to Tim, Mr Boo and Twiggy. You mentioned SAFRA and I worked for the bank that bought the SAFRA Republic Bank and then the Mr.SAFRA that made a small fortune from selling his bank died in a fire at his flat in Monaco 😮 and the butler did it!!
Happy New Year Tim and Mr. Boo! Lovely to see you back after the holidays...I felt your pain having been sick with that nasty what ever it was over Christmas too. The cough, congestion, and fatigue was awful. Mine lasted from the 19th-30 which is short considering some are saying they still cough after 3 weeks! Drink loads of ginger/honey/turmeric tea and you will blast the last remains of that nasty bug to smithereens!...I loved your trip to these villas and to hear of their history. Incredible! One wonders what people do in enormous palaces like these? They take up so much real estate, yet I'm sure that most of them are empty 90% of the time! What does that do for the economy in the area? Mind you, the taxes they pay must be out of this world! .....Get well soon!
Happy New Year Twiggy, Mr Boo and Tim. We have really enjoyed your tales for the past couple of years - hope there is plenty to come! Hope those nasty coughs go away soon.
HPpy New Year so glad you’re both better. Loved that tour and a nice change. Love looking at other peoples houses and what houses they were. Nice one. All that driving and no charging necessary. I knew a Monaco, 'part time,' resident and as he was never there, he would leave the appartement lights on timers, as the neighbours were not below snitching on, Well, anyone , really. It's a sort of police state. Most of the wealthy faun over the royal family to a ridiculous degree. I was told by a resident, that on the princes birthday, they checked on whether you displayed the Monaco flag. If not, it was noted. Not sure if true , but? Read the book' PALACE' by Christiane de Massey, one of the family, for a better idea of how dysfunctional they are. It's like Dallas by the sea.

Glad to see your both feeling better! Twiggy looks very content.❤ King Leopold was a extremely nasty character. Thought you might be interested to know that I returned my solar tracker to EcoFlow with a full refund . It was really unsuitable for an exposed UK site and had several faults the worst was a "dodgy " USBc connection into the equipment which became dislodged into the control unit meaning the internal battery coul d not be charged from the mains t o get it going. Personally, I would not recommend getting one - it takes a half day to assemble or disassemble , but the idea is a good one ... back to moving panels around against a scaffold tower base...
Many episodes ago you mentioned one of the most modest forms of housing in Cap Ferrat, cabenons designed by Le Corbusier. By coincidence, Le Corbusier admired cars from Avions Voisin, founded by the two brothers who built planes in WW1 as well as the villa in this episode. Mentioning the villa now is timely. Because it is deemed historic (surely due to the importance of the Voisins and not the architecture) the villa's exterior could not be changed. Right now in Paris, preservationists are fighting to save the Pavillon des Sources from demolition by the Curie Institute (that wants to expand). It iis where Marie Curie conducted experiments.
