Escape the winter blues with a scenic Cascade Canyon Train Ride, then soak in Durango Hot Spring!

Y’all know we love a good train ride! Choooooo chooooo! We knew heading to Durango that we wanted to ride the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. Our options were sadly limited in the winter. It was Cascade Canyon or the Polar Express! We booked it on what was supposed to be a snow day….bummer. That didn’t happen. But it was still a beautiful day on the train!
We also explored Durango Hot Springs for our anniversary. It was a nice change since we usually only ever go to natural springs in the wilderness, aka, FREE! But this was a cool experience. It was very crowded, but once we found our pool, we were set in for a few hours!
