The ATM was done at a good point because it enables CLSK to have the money for acquisitions of facilities or other miners. The 160,000 computers have been paid for, now facilities will be needed so they can up the hash rate to 50 by the end of 2025. these two transactions coincided by chance. The forms executives use to sell shares are a 10b5-1 form.

I work for an Electric Utility. I don't see this happening unless they subcontract the bitcoin mining out. Utility Companies don't have the expertise or knowledge to be successful bitcoin miners like Cleanspark. They're not in the business of high risk.

Lets say btc goes to 100 k which all know is going to reach soon, and much more...Calculate the amount of cash they ill have with only 20.000 btc. .2.000.000.000 $....... CLSk has not even half of MARA.
