In his eyes, he can NEVER make a mistake and the finger pointing is always on someone else. A good leader will always take the brunt. E.g. When Eli Manning lost, he took the podium and the questions. When he won, he let his team take the podium. That's a true leader. May not have the stats, etc, but he was a LEADER. The older Aaron gets, the more arrogant he becomes and it's such a monster turn off for me that I'd rather him retire and take a miracle shot at Jordan Love.

I think he's just trying to instill self-accountability in the younger players that are on the field every week. That's why he mentions mental mistakes and things of that nature.
