I hated school a lot as well, had so many absences they wanted to expel me a couple of times even though I actually didn't do that bad in the classes, I was a B student. My parents, friends, counselors, etc all tried their hardest to get me to go to no avail. I ended up repeating a year even. I was a lazy guy honestly. Doing a lot better in uni, at least I attend 😂

I’d like a cookie. Great video. For me, I was very money driven so started a temp role at 16 progressed, then left for more and rinse repeat. Made good money but was miserable and working all the time and similar to as you mention put a strain on my relationship. Fast forward today. My wife’s the bread winner, I have a cosy job on a low income but working from home so my wife never has to worry about house hold chores. This means we get to do what ever we like on evening and weekends. Most the time it’s taking though she does enjoy her series too. We are both 34 won’t be having children and just look to enjoy our lives our own way.
I went to uni because virtually everyone in my immediate family also did. Now I’d advise any of my future kids to go down the apprenticeship route instead of uni, i did one about 2 years ago and it’s led me to higher paying jobs than the jobs I did in the field my degree was in. I think these days unless your job requires a degree such as medical fields, solicitors architect etc it’s not worth while doing it. Also I worked at Puregym for a while like you did, the dream you get sold doesn’t match up to the reality of being a pt
