They can buy cheaply from them (Mihaela Marinova has already sold to Twice). Both have an appropriate style for a Kepler song. The boss of Virginia Bulgaria, Armutlieva, is not the best business partner and they should be careful when negotiating with her, but something good can be bought. If she refuses there are some indie artists making great music right now- Molec (where I have personal contact) and V:rgo and his wife Michelle (who write beats for a lot of rappers right now). You can listen to the artists here on RUclips. They all know perfect English and can write an English Kepler song without a problem. Another option for cheap composers are the Romanians around Dan Balan, but he will cost more money. Other cheap and quality composers are the Kazakhs, but their sound is more suited to the Russian and Chinese market, although they have had some breakthroughs even in America. In general, if you can't write a good song yourself, the modern world offers many opportunities to connect with anyone in the world without a problem because of the Internet! Let Kepler do it even by themselves, no intermediary is needed, they just have to write a letter in English (maybe with Ug translator).
