Sir. Analog Scaling k liye appne Calclate Block Banaya. Par siemens me Analog Scaling k liye Redaymade block use hai. Phir usko use kyu nhi kiya. .. TIA to advance hai..usme to readymade block hona chahiye. Jaise simatic manager me FC-105 tha for analog scaling

Yes readymade block is also available, you can use readymade block. But we want to create our own block as per our requirement so that we can add our additional interlocks and alarms.

4-20mA or 0-10Volt signal comes from field and PLC converts it into raw counts, after that we can scale as per operator requirement.
