Fun fact about ''Državni Posao'' (''Government Employment'') They are currently on episode 2229. No, that's not a typo. They've literally produced 2229 7-12 minute sketches in the 11 or so years they've been working. An absolutely insane output and still maintaining 100K views per episode and 363K subscribers. Sure, when your output is that big, not every episode is a banger, but from what I've watched, roughly 1 in 10 episodes is absolutely side-splitting comedy brilliance, especially if you're acquainted with the Serbian mentality and regional stereotypes, while most episodes are in the very least pretty interesting and relatively frequently quite funny.
I lived and worked in Belgrade in 2010. So many fine memories. Little Prague, Strahinjica Bana - especially in the summer.

We weren't allowed to breathe while watching Fools and Horses as well as Allo Alo, I grew up with these series like all of Serbia. British humor is close to ours and we watched it in Englansh so it feels like we are watching a home series

Monty Python, Black Adder, Benny Hill, Mr Bean, British comedy in general always had their viewership in Balkan…
Many people learned English that way because in Yugoslavia you must read the translation and listen to original audio…

We literally lived in "fools and horses" in Serbia. Now things got more serious now we live in some crazy octopus, organized crime kinda show...
Should we be today's Britain with 3 trillion immigrants from opposite cultures from Neptun and being unsafe for everyone to walk around when Sun sets? You live very well in Serbia as many others and stop spreading lies .
It is difficult for Orthodox countries to get rid of corruption and violence, you should convert to Catholicism or Protestantism.

I was sitting with my wife and we were watching something romantic on the TV. Alright, so that's boring we'll get in the car and go for a curry. It wasn't really good so I give the owner of the restaurant a 5 pound note, he said you're having a laugh. I was going to charge you 25 pounds.
Croatian television (ex Zagreb television) was the first to broadcast "Mućke" (the local title for Only Fools and Horses), so it's not true that OF&H is popular only in Serbia but in the whole of former Yugoslavia.
At no point in this programme was stated that Only Fools and horses were popular in Serbia exclusively. Get off your high horse.
