that high note is from an ex member btw. he left the group in 2019 no one knows exactly why but they remade their older songs without him on SKZ2020 and that high note was given to han :))
just because you don't know doesn't mean nobody knows. obviously, they re-recorded all the songs to make it easier to choreograph the eight members. if they had kept Woojin's voice, they would have had to pay him to use it. do not invent too much

@@cherie2861 most groups don't re-record their songs after a member leaves tho, they just give the lines to someone else and change it when singing live. their songs as 9 are still up and woojin didn't make those songs so no they wouldn't have had to pay him, just saying

This is the first time I’ve seen you actually notice Woojin (the 9th member that left). I’ve been waiting for you to go “who is that? I don’t recognize him” on all the old songs you react to and you never have.
For background, the one who hit the high note was Woojin, their original main vocalist. When he left there was some hassle because, as the main vocalist, he was given most of the vocally challenging lines so the group suddenly needed to reassign some challenging parts. Han is the one who took over that high note so if you watch any of the live versions, it will be him hitting it. I highly recommend watching one of the live recordings of this people have recommended.
This song specifically goes so fucking hard live. Especially now that they're more comfortable on stage and stuff. Literally gets everyone so hyped up and is a favorite for a lot of Stays. Glad you reacted to it!!

I recommend you two others songs in japanese « all in » just a masterpiece ! And « FAM » for this one, the lyrics proves that stray kids has a beautiful relationship, like a real family and lots of fun details about each member.
i think one of the only main ones you haven't reacted to is "back door" it's not really a rap heavy track but it's one of their most popular songs so i'd suggest reacting to it
You will be shocked how Han did 8:54 part not in falsetto but with real high note with head voice (cmiiw) live in concert.

Definitely recommend “District 9” and “Hellavator”. Those are some of their earliest tracks and it still amazes me that they were so solid from the beginning.
I also think it would be cool for you to check out 3racha’s “P.A.C.E” and “Double Knot”. Seeing the thematic influence that 3racha has weaved through the Stray Kids discography, especially the early stuff, is a fun journey to witness.

the one singing at 9:12 was former member woojin, he left the group in late 2019 for unknown reasons. some say personal reasons but could also be cause something happened between him and the group/company
most likely, they just had a disagreement due to the fact that Woojin did not like the style of stray kids songs. it's worth looking at the style of the songs he's releasing now, it's a completely different genre

Any by skz would be another good one to check out. I loved it so much I sat down and studied the lyrics so I could sing along correctly. Changbin's part was the hardest to learn; it's such a tongue twister. Then one day I was singing the song and it just clicked and I got it right so now I love the song even more
my pace was actually my first stray kids song so i was very excited when i saw the notif! also the guy at the end of the bridge part is actually an ex member named woojin, his part was done by han in the ot8 version. han absolutely killed the live performance with his voice so i would recommend you watch the my pace hi-stay japan showcase performance. skz live are just>>>> also one song im surprised you haven't yet reacted to is Muddy Water. it's a song done by the rap unit Han, Changbin, Felix, and Hyunjin. you're gonna love it!

That's the "idol" world they had just stepped in, they took that anxiety and made a glam of a song out of it. That's why we connect with them so quickly, they are brilliantly truthful to themselves. The high note was taken by Kim Woojin, a former Stray kids member. In the old videos before Levanter, you'll see him a lot, and it's okay if you say smth abt his cool voice, because he's a really good vocalist. Don't look at what some people might say about him, because there were a lot of bad rumors around him that bad people spread. Now he is a solo artist, and Stray kids are promoted as part of 8 members. I'M WAITING FOR DISTRICT 9

9:10 not it wasn't Hyunjin or Lee Know, it was Woojin, if you don't know he is a former member of stray kids that left in 2019. He left due to personal reasons, but a lot of toxic fans try to twist it and make up lies to make it seem that he did something bad, so if you see someone saying something bad about him, just know that it is all lies without anything actually backing it up. He has a solo career now if you're interested, but the music he does it more ballady, so I'm not sure it's something that you would be that interested in.

@@cherie2861 :D I'm not the biggest fan of his music personally, since my type of music is the hard hitting rap and heavy beats kind of music, but with that said, Woojin has an amazing voice, and if I ever do listen to ballady kinda music, Woojin is my go to. I don't understand why so many stays hate him, I mean I joined the fandom after he left, and saw people hating on him, and so I asked around and searched for hours for any sort of reason to dislike him, the only thing I found was some allegations that were proven wrong, not even that they just weren't proven right, they were directly proven wrong.
I’ve been a stay for over 4 years and I used to be a woojin bias like my sister and I had some of his solo merch before all the allegations went down and I don’t necessarily hate woojin but there are some things that don’t necessarily sit right with me after everything that happened like yea the sexual assault allegations were proved false but it still doesn’t sit right with me that he would use the sexual assault allegation tweets as a background for that one promo like even though he was proven innocent that seems like a very weird choice to make as a background for your promo like if anything I would’ve been like ok I’m innocent let’s not bring it up again and try to move forward but to use those allegations and the attention it brought him albeit negative attention to then try to gain clout for an album or a documentary or something with that idk to me it just doesn’t seem right like a “hey guys you remember how I was just accused of sexual assault and was proven innocent well I’ve got this new thing and y’all should check it out” and I think that’s where a lot of stays anger towards him comes from like why would you take sexual assault allegations regardless of their validity and use that towards your image and branding. Granted that could be from my perspective as a music business major with a public relations minor where I do have to work on someone’s personal branding and public image and that from a public relations business aspect that just doesn’t seem like a good look and can gain really negative attention (which it did) on the other hand from a capitalistic business standpoint any attention is still attention and could possibly gain you profit. I just figured I’d try to give some perspective from an older stays point of view that literally watched all of it unfold.
@@pigzie9988 I mean, he did fake creating a company and saying he was signed to said company. I remember reading this on a Reddit k-pop group that showed where he had taken the logos from and everything. Even if the accusations were false, he didn't handle the situation in the best manner. There's also the fact that Bang Chan only alluded to him in a live room, talking about backstabbers, rather than outright talk about or defend him. Yeah, that might have been a company directive, but with Hyunjin they still found a way around his issue, even coming up with the Love Stay hashtag and song. Surely if Woojin was completely innocent, they would have snuck in some sort of support. Also, why go to all the trouble of creating OT8 versions of many past songs, trying to erase Woojin's presence? Again, possible company directive, but I seriously doubt that, and we all know how much control Stray Kids has over their music at least.
Your heart is in the right place, but there's a lot you're not considering, I feel.
@@sarahnadeofpoetry This is a massive L of a comment. He didn't fake a company, he's signed under that company and has had multiple comebacks under it, so not it's not fake. I'm not even sure how you can think it's still fake more than 2 years after it was proved not to be fake. The whole backstabbing thing we have no idea if Bang Chan was talking about Woojin or someone else. Skz and especially jype will defend Hyunjin with their lives, since he's the most popular member, but Woojin was never popular, in fact he was possibly the least popular member for a while, so letting him go was easier. If he had some sort of dispute with the company, that could've been enough to kick him/force him into leaving since jype probably didn't feel that he did that much for them money wise. On top of that if he had some sort of dispute with the members themselves, but even if he did, I don't think that makes him a bad person. Most fights/arguments both parties are in the wrong and right at the same time, and so what I believe is a more reasonable thing that happened is something like: Woojin not being popular and not helping in the creating of the music like 3racha, and then having some sort of dispute with the company, possibly about dating or similar, and then lastly that spreading to some small turmoil between Woojin and Bang Chan for example. Woojin doesn't have to be in the wrong in this situation, but it's a nobrainer to kick him if this was the situation.
district 9 is a must. if you survived changbin's rap so far, this one will surely get you

Yes! I so agree with the rest of the comments. District 9 has the best rap bars from Changbin, Hanie and Hyunjin in my humble opinion. Considering We Go is my Fav 3Racha track and you like it as well 😆I hope that can give some weight to that opinion😂 Changbin's flow is truly somethIng else in District 9 and I promise you will not regret watching it.
