Private businesses in the United States have the right to display flags, and this includes the U.S. flag as well as OTHER flags. British and Irish-style pubs, Italian, Swedish, Mexican, etc... restaurants often display a flag associated with their cuisine or theme. What is happening to this man is harassment & intimidation through vandalism.
