With TSLA, for example. As I continue to study options and study patterns. You predicted the range of 180’s down to 173. Understanding that’s within a day or two. What’s the best practice of buying those calls or puts from expiration? Aka buy and sell on the same day but purchasing a call or put 1 month out, 2 months or more?

You are usually right Sain. But for NVDA, I don't really know. Fundamental price with forward PE 42 is 1060. We are in wave (iii) of wave 5. And wave 5 could either end 1110 or 1300. Also last NVDA split the stock peaked a weak before the stock split and also it was undervalued then.
It’s still undervalued.
Forward P/E is around 33
So many people don’t understand how valuable NVDA is I would buy at 1500 TBH

$NVDA is too expensive. What do you do?
Credit spread. Thats the story I’m telling myself. I sold put credit spreads on TSLA. 175 sell put and 172.50 buy put. As it headed down to 176 I sold put credit spread and collected $82 per contract with 250 collateral. As it neared 175 and triggered stop losses, the buyers at 175 level drove the price towards $180. As it went towards 180 the price of put spread price dropped to 26, so I bought to close and made $82-$26= $56 per contract.
The sellers stepped in at $180 level and drove the price down towards $175, so the price of the put spread went up again and I sold the same put credit spread as it neared $175 and collected $82 per contract again and as the buyers stepped in at $175, same thing happened again and it went towards $180 so the put spreads I sold were now only worth $22 so I bought to close and pocketed $82-$22= $60 per contract.
Not advice. Just sharing what I did with TSLA today.

It's been dumping and pumping in this range for ages! It's technically just going sideways, sideways means generally stagnant. More emphasis should be put into day trading, as it less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.
