    Bade Bhai aap ye bathayeen ki subah running se pehle kya food liya ja saktha hai. Aur running ke baad. Mein Andhra pradesh police ke events ki tayari kar rahan hoon. Reply jaroor dein. 100m pe bhi guide kareen.

      Running se 45 min to 1 hour pehle aap boiled eggs, ya bread with peanut butter le sakte ho. Thoda light hi rakhna.
      Running schedule ke baad high protein diet within 45 min of end of exercise zarori hai.
      Madhurwada main mere pass aur bhi hain jo tayyari kar rahe hain police and army ki.
      Hard work and overall development karo. Sab aaram se ho jayega
