Jubilee Brass play Paul Drury's Quick March Jubilee at the Hope 4 Havering Music and Worship Night with the Citadel Gospel Choir (John Mitchinson). May 2013
Written in the style of a circus march, this composition has proved immensely popular since being written for the centenary celebrations of Edinburgh Gorgie Band in 1998. Featuring three well-known choruses, 'Be glad in the Lord', 'I love him better every day' and 'Bound for Canaan's shore' the march contains some old-fashioned touches linked with some more modern harmonies so could be termed a 'retro' march.
