That's how I started self cuts lol. Eventually bought some Masters, they broke after dropping them a couple times. I bought a pair of Oster Fast Feed Clippers and put a ceramic blade on it. I've had these for over 2 years now, still going strong. My Wal-Mart Clippers were my backup in case I drop my fast feeds! I'd rather spend a few bucks on machines instead of $25 every week at a barbershop

I dont understand how this is a challenge. We get it you’re a barber and use the best clippers in the world, but lets not lie to ourselves and say it’s difficult for a barber to cut hair with tools designed to cut hair
If you mute the video to get rid of the constant bitching, the out come is a professional hair cut with a cheaper tool. If anything the ConAir's are a lot more forgiving which is good for the DIYers
joseph woo because u have to realize the better the tool the better it is for us barbers to give a better hair cut but this shows as a barber if u are a good barber and know how to use ur clippers u can do a good haircut with cheap equipment and when u have great equipment u can be great
Part of it really depends on the equipment if your knowledge on cutting hair is great and you have a great tool to go with that knowledge the outcome is a great haircut
Yea the biggest difference the equipment makes really is the time to completion
It’s not difficult with modern clippers but I think clipper barbering is like photography. It’s simple to do once you get it but it’s hard to do perfectly as in being able to get the perfect fades and transitions knowing how to make a haircut or fade fit different heads etc.
How are these walmart clippers if it was walmart clippers it would be named great value but it's a brand name which Is wahl and conair which you will find at any store that sells clippers, so it is not considered walmart clippers just because its sold at walmart, you guys are basically saying that if you get nike shoes from sport check the nike shoes are considered as sport check shoes
These haircuts are important to these guys reputation and 360 out here doing challenges on their hair
I think the issue is that people think the best kind of clippers are better like the high brands but honestly you can give a dope ass hair cut even it's low quality clippers and trimmers and you did an amazing job not to be so hard on yourself stay blessed
ok i respect your opinion but i still think if you on a budget and want to cut hair all you gotta do is take care your clippers (if you have a pair) you have at home sharpen the blades, disinfect etc and your set. unless your in need of a new pair then thats different. but like i said thats just how i feel thats my opinion i have walmart clippers and they do the job for me :)
