  • When your production volumes are high you need automation that can match your output. This automation cell takes packets of Croissants directly from the bakery line at production output speed and :-
    Erects a box
    Packs them into shippers in layers of 4
    Palletising with slip sheet on pallet
    and then shrink wrapping with corner posts ready for dispatch.
    All at a rate of 260 packets per minute (approx. 4 per second)
    Automation of corner posting is always a challenge but this custom built example offers a unique reliable solution.
