Hi! I'm the the creator of the pack and as i can see you're not using optifine. If you didn't know, optifine is required for the resource pack (as said in the first line of the resource pack description). If you don't know how to dwonload it there are many tutorials out there you can watch. But i appreciate your video and hope i could help!
as far as i know optifine only works with forge but if you want to use fabric i think there's a mod called optifabric you need to put in your MODS folder, not in the resource packs folder, along with optifine. I've never tried it before so i'm not sure if the models will still work. The mod was last updated to 1.20.4 so i guess this won't work for newer versions. But like i said, i never tried it before so i'm not sure if this will work. If you want i could write you a comment explaining how i usually install optifine without needing to use forge.
