Yes, Nexon's turbo petrol engine is good too.
If your running is low, like, less than 1000 kms a month, then petrol will be a good option.

Nexon is very comfortable and Highway cruiser hai. I have done Delhi Baroda with Nexon before, when it was new. Sirf 500 km hi hue the car ke.

Petrol amt vs diesel amt which has got good drivability and less jerks?
Petrol or diesel, amt gearbox will have jerk in when shifting from 1st to 2nd.. it will reduce when u drive light footed.. this is extremely annoying when u are overtaking.. the unexpected downshift is confusing very often.. Go for AT or dct gearbox if u have a choice ...
What is the size of infortainment system

Yes I had been to the hills. The hill hold feature is not an actual hill hold.
It's actually the clutch and acceleration combo which the ecu does for you and does not let you roll back. Just like how the car starts crawling in plains as soon as you release the brake.
I live in the hills... Have been driving Nexon diesel amt xz+ (s) for the past 3 months and have faced absolutely no problems despite of me being a new driver... If you are an experienced driver than its more easier for you.. While climbing uphill bumper to bumper traffic.. I use hand brake and accelerator.. You shouldn't press the foot brake n accelerator together as instructed...
@@a_b_s_explores thank you. I have seen lot of videos and even on steep incline it doesn't roll back with no need of using hand brake...hill hold the car for 2-3 seconds
could you please let me know the service cost of 15k (which is 1st proper service..I have also Diesel automatic)
The 1st service cost was negligible for me as I have a gold AMC.
If you don't have a gold AMC, service cost should not be more than 6-7k

Well mine is diesel. And normally I get between 21-24. And recently on my winter travel I saw 29 on mid. And overall 25+

Thank you for your comment. In city, it may vary between 17-20 depending on traffic conditions. On Highway, it can be between 20-24+ depending on how you drive and which mode you select and the speeds you drive at.
@@a_b_s_explores The figures you mentioned are mostly in which mode? Eco, sports or City?
City mode.
I hardly use any other mode.
Eco only on long open highways.

Normal city tank full to tank full you should be getting 18-20, depending on traffic and your driving style

Yes, the car has ample space. And if you take the top XZ variant, it has height adjustment, and you can easily find a good seating position. I have a cousin who is 6 feet, and he finds himself comfortable. And the car still has enough space for the rear passengers.

what is average is city and highway???
City driving average depends on the traffic condition and the weather.
During winters with ac of I was getting constant 22-23+ and on highways if we drive sedatly like around 100kmph then the max I have got is 28 in winters.
Summers it should be lesser by 2 counts.

Gear shift pata chalta hai jab hota hai. Jerky nahi hai.
Do petrol automatic is worth to buy??
Yes, Perrin engine is good too. Nice and peppy and fun to drive. Gear shifting and other car behaviour are same. Just petrol engine is bit quicker in acceleration. Buy the petrol if your running for the year will be less than 25000kms.

I am 5.7.
My cousin is 6 ft, and even he drives it with pleasure. The top XZ variant has height adjustable driver seat. Visibility is good, except the blinding A pillar, which you will eventually get used to. Allrounder car with 209mm segment group clearance will take you every where.

Some users on the net have posted that(the jerk issue ) as a con side of Nexon.

Yes jerk is there
Is streeing light?
Stearing is light on low speeds. You can turn with one hand and one finger.
And as speed builds up, the stearing gets heavy for stability.

Is it jerky while driving?
Very slightly. Nothing that will disturb the driving experience. You will feel the jerks only on lower gears when driving slow in the zone where car has to shift to 3 but suddenly you drop speed and have to slow down.
Else all is good. And pleasurable to drive. I recently covered a trip to the Himalayas.
