I realized this a couple years ago. I tended to focus on the sand, and I completely neglected everything else, and it ended up with severe mental illness. I worked through it and now I am stronger than ever. The golfball is what matters, everything else is just small inconveniences. So, please, if you find yourself in the same position as I was in 2 years ago, stop scrolling through youtube shorts, go take care of your golfballs, they miss you more than you could ever know.
I've just realized now that I'm always spending my time playing video games either watching tv and it's because I've become an introvert to the fact I don't even really like spending time with my family.
