- Welcome to this supercut of my series where I'm attempting to get into A+ from C using a wheel. To give you a bit of background, I've been a lifelong controller user on the Gran Turismo games and I finally made the switch over to a wheel just over 8 weeks ago. This is my journey of relearning the game and attempting to get to A.

one thing i can personally recommend is, if youre driving against someone, you have to pay attention to them and read their moves. you can not just expect someone to not hit you or give you the space simply because you are entitled to it, people are unpredictable and you have to get to know how people work. anticipiate lunges and bumps. a lot of them are not even on purpose anyway and come from people underestimating their speed approaching a corner. use your head more when driving!
25:58 this driver went for the gap and pushed you off, but you couldve just hit the apex, therefore not giving him the space, and his intentions were very clear. so if you drove better from the get go, he would not have been able to do that, and once hes alongside and you can tell hes not braking, you can back out of it. its the same as on a real road, people drive recklessly, and in a videogame more so since they dont have to pay damages. so this becomes a very predictable situation. anyway, great video and hope this helps reframe other driver's actions
same at 26:13, you can see him hit the wall and do not react whatsoever. avoiding these kinds of crashes will bump your rating up instantly and then youll also be able to keep it
