- Sable Island is a small Canadian Island situated southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Protected and managed by Parks Canada, with four year-round staff, this island is iconic for its horses. This video was made possible thanks to the support from Parks Canada.
I feel so much sympathy for this lonely tree, the only survivor of the island
Love the jaunty, tropical music while discussing such a windy, desolate place. 😁
Completely enchanted by this place. Thanks. I grew up chasing waves on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The geology looks very similar. Thing #1: You didn't know it exists.
Its a national park but not open to general public.
They should plant an apple tree and a cherry tree.
The love for the misuc

Oil rigs nearby these days?
Sable is where home is
I wonder if NATO has anything there.
The horses should not be there, the environment is too harsh for horses. The have not enough to eat.
