WRGB Commercial Break (November 8, 1987; with Sign-off; Part 1)

Taken from the end of the "TV6 Late Show," airing on CBS affiliate WRGB (channel 6) in Schenectady, NY serving Albany. A sign-off airs afterward and cuts off as the National Anthem starts.
A pledge for money donation airs at the beginning. I think WRGB used it instead of commercials during the late movie, but I don't know. Also the ID used during the sign-off dates back to GE ownership and used to be in the station's news opens.

The WRGB sign-off for the CBS Schenectady-Albany-Troy, New York affiliate to conclude its broadcast day for the now Sinclair Broadcast Group Station, used filmed footage of New York's Capital Region in the sign-off footage and the split-screen National Anthem with the American Flag in the center of the screen right before the transmission carrier is shutoff. And the WRGB sign off is at 6:14

And now, after all these years, I finally see the sign off for WRGB from this era (Ive seen the sign-on many times but never the sign off). Anyone know the name of the VO announcer in the sogn-off message?
