What do you suggest for a team thats divided? Older team members that have the knowledge and not only hoard it, but deliberately try to sidetrack the others from accessing the knowledge and yet at the same time purposely drags the team down drastically. Vs the young team that has fought for the knowledge they have gained and also carrying 90% of the work load while the elders find ways to avoid work.
I'd suggest trying to push for a more regular "check-in" or "sync up" meeting with the whole team. That was as each person reveals what they've been working on, the disparity in effort becomes more obvious.
