This is good. I think you could have also re tapped threads on the inside of the knob.
Yea the previous tenants did try that and it came loose over time I guess
@@Hibrahimandco yep, but I saw you taping it in and threads cutting into the wood as you screwed it in, your one is in there solid. Great work !
