Hi can you help me i got dell e5550 battery works i got 2 new original dell batteries but when i do battery report i got only one cycle and battery discharge when it is off. Any suggestion what can be wrong. Battery charges , works on battery but when you the laptop not use 2 or 3 days with full battery. The battery is discharged. Battery report gives only one cycle also bat monitor app. Any help is welcome i never find such issue on internet or myself. I use 2 new original bateries.

I think some components shot on your laptop motherboard short components drained your laptop battery charge..
