Johnny j does not get enough props. I really didn’t get into pac music til he linked with Johnny j. That matchup was better than snoop and Dre if you ask me. Rip Johnny j
Agree...
Definitely agree
Real
100% agree
Johnny j said Dre would steal music
I met Napoleon around that time when he was recording his album with Johnny J. He was very humble and recently engaged (to his now wife). I was a young star struck Outlawz fan asking him a million questions and he answered all of them. Peace to you Mu and the fam
That's what's up I met Edi, Noble and Fatal before he passed R.I.H to him and all them that passed away
@@lexmonsta5044 I met Edi when I lived in the ATL area. He was a really cool dude
I need to chop it up with you guys 🙌
I met EDI and Noble in Baltimore. They did a little concert here. They rocked that stage with them 10 minutes they did.
outlawz got fans????lol
Wish 2PAC and CUBE would've did an entire Album together back in 95-96 that Shit would've been EPIC!!!
Its nothing wrong with being loyal. Loyalty is missing in today's society, especially when it comes to friendship💯💯
Kidray 78 Facts.
I respect & admire the brother Mutah so much for choosing loyalty to his big brother/friend/mentor Pac over his hip hop music career.
This type of loyalty is so rare these day. Respect!
Johnny J and Pac made the most lethal combo. Timeless records! Death around the corner, all eyez on me, picture me rollin, all about u, still I rise, etc. 🔥 🔥 🔥
2pac's chemistry with Johnny J can't be matched
RIP JOHNNY J DOPE ASS PRODUCER
The Best Ever!
Yep it was Dre and daz and quick and johnny
@@fuqwhatyouthink4465 why did he have to bite Dilla in Do For Love tho??
@@dn30001 Johnny didn't produce this. It was soulshock & Karlin and it's a remix by the way.
@@ToniJXN thanks for clarification
Mutah's verse on "Life of an Outlaw" is one of my favorite Mutah verses ever. That sh*t was hard AF. "AYO Makaveli/gimme dem bullets that was left up in yo belly/and let me buss back to them n****s till they all sweaty" 🔥
This when he lost his grandmother and pac ask him tho come home from jersy back to l.a . Thad song was fire 🔥🔥🔥
Cube was dissing pac in Bow down. in the beginning Pac look alike kissing cubes hand. and the whole set look like california love set.
I feel like there's alot not being spoken surrounding Jonny J's death!
I agree
i think he was murdered
We need more videos about Johnny J
Facts 💯
Brother Mutah is a great role model to the youth.
I just don't agree with becoming a religion to change your life around as anyone can do that without it

The crazy part about this is the fact that 2Pac's earlier material (like the Strictly 4 My.../Thug Life/Me Against The World era) had some of Cube's style and energy on it. Cube was influenced by 2Pac and vice-versa. 2Pac was a fan of Cube and vice-versa.
Ice Cube was on Strictly with 2pac in the song Last Wordz

Much respect to This man.
I can’t even picture Mutah on “You can do it” lol
Lol he can’t picture it himself
Cube one of my fav rappers. I might have to go bump some albums this weekend. Huge respect for dudes like Napoleon who change their life around. Lot of dudes say they're Muslim and living any type of life. They use certain images for clout.

@emmy stfu kid, you definitely not old enough to know the real
Pac was in the Natural Born Killers video where he played the sniper..
I believe both men appreciated and influenced each other. Pac was in the Natural Born Killaz music video.
Yea he was sniper aiming at dre and cube
Life of a Outlaw was one of the hardest, if not the hardest song on that album "FACTS" 💯
You gotta love Johnny j man RIP
I think Johnny J might've been involved in some of the remakes. I remember an interview he did where he showed the R U Still Down plaque on his wall and he shouted out Afeni.
R.I.P Johnny J and Makavelli tha Don!
Now that he explained it, that grandmother line really hit different now. That was deep!
Pac my favorite rapper of all time but come on man, Ice Cube is the muthaf'in G.O.A.T. Pac looked up to Cube so even if Cube did use a little bit of Pac's style, Pac and the Outlawz should've been honored
Why are the outlaws and former DeathRow artists not asked more questions about Johny J. The circumstances around his death are really fishy.
Real shit!
Yup
It wouldn't have been death row w/o Johnny j
Not fishy 3 DUI was going to prison didn't want to
Loyalty is whats missing with some of today's youth
Much respect, blessings and love to Mutah.
Life on an Outlaw and the Makavelli album is very soulful and deep.
Good interview from one of da outlawz
I remember that #icecube #iceT joint with #Pac on #Strictly .. 🤔
Salaams brother Muta Beal #Salutes
I love the #Theoutlawz / #Dramacydal they changed the game and the barz we're ahead of time my opinion

Rest in Power to Pac and Johnny J
I bet dat Napoleon/Johnny J album hard af
Neaplon a tight dude man them outlawz was cold back then way ahead of they time
Yo life of an outlaw was my jam. His verse always gets me hype. They say roaches and parasites 🐍 are alike.
Cube stole Volume 10’s style. Pistol grip pump is why Cube changed his tone. 💯
IF Pac Walked out on Michael Jackson the 'KING of Pop' Offer on a Track, then YOU KNOW Napoleon gave a Rabbit's Rat's Butt about being on a track with Ice Cube the 'KING of Gangsta Rap'.🤣I respeck their Morals & Loyalty Over hangin on the Squirrels Nuts.
I'm sure MJ was hella busy with tours back then. That man was always busy
Yeah on " Life of an Outlaw" when that beat breaks down and Pac asks him would he die for him is so ill and intense cause u NEVER heard anything like that bfor or after. What a time to be alive in ur teens and early 20's I wouldn't trade those feelings I felt frm Pac ad tha Outlaws for NOTHIN.. Remember tha *"Outlaw"* track on ME AGAINST THE WORLD??? Wen he was talkin to Rah Rah on tha intro????? Painted that portrait takin out tha DA and tha judge And ended the song with the gunshot and you heard the shell bouncing off of the floor??????? HIGH POWERED S#!T tha kinda energy that set tha bar and to me, no one has surpassed since. He started tha spazzing out at tha end of tha record then after he died, ppl started doin it. He actually started tha super disrespectful dissin.. and u understood his pain cause after getting shot up tha way he did would make anyone paranoid and crazy.. Speaking of "PAIN"😁😁😁 I can go on and on.. peace to Mu and RIP to tha greatest Artist *EVER* Tupac Shakur Makaveli the Don🤞🏾 sorry so long but I got my feelins🤷🏾♂️
Always thought Napoleon was a boyo he's humble as fk 💯 respect and loyalty is long gone in today's society
I've been listening to Ice Cube since 87 NWA and the Posse and all the way through his discography to be honest I've never heard Ice Cube sound anything close to Tupac I'm sorry
I agree, if anything you heard a little Cube in 2pac
Totally agree my dude I'm cube-ologist too. Just the theme from death CERTIFICATE and the theme for strictly for my N.I.G.G.A.Z was similar. DEATH CERTIFICATE had a life side & a DEATH side/ strictly for my N.I.G.G.A.Z had a dark side/ & a light side/. Politically speaking the tone was similar too, same thought PROVOKING anti-establishment theme and black PANTHER unity lyrics: see death CERTIFICATES / I WANNA KILL SAM/ SEE 2PACS STRICTLY FOR MY N.I.G.G.A.Z/ SOLDIERS REVENGE

Love Ice Cube! I like when Napoleon gives interviews and acts like he never heard certain stories. He does it all with a straight face.😅 Johnny J was a very underrated producer underappreciated producer. Johnny J was the original producer on alot of 2pac original version after 2pac passed. Love until the end of time the original version. Johnny J was a good solid dude n 2pac go to producer. Rip Johnny j & 2pac may they rest in peace.

Cube came with that aggressive style of rap before pac no Vaseline and nwa way before pac
Cube was a rebel anti system way before pac he was hardcore lyrically and pac was inspired by cube a lot
Chuck D of Public Enemy inspired both Ice Cube and 2pac
PAC came out of the womb anti system b4 rap his mother was a Panther
For your respect and loyalty to PAC, I love you. Mutah!!
Whew💨💨💨 8:54"Those were powerful Divine words. They were True Soul Family Tribe.🖤💚❤
In bow down intro he had a tupac look alike kissing the ring.
@Emmy you are not from the era where this came out. That's a tupac look a like. Tupac is a NY dude that started repping the west coast (ie he bowed down to the west coast).
@Emmy if you knew what tupac looked like before he became a west coast rapper he looked just like dude in that video. And this has nothing to do with east coast west coast beef idiot. This is between tupac and cube. I always thought damn that's tupac in this video and then it turns out it was beef between them. Makes perfect sense.
Damon danced to Pac calling Pac fine on Friday after Next....ultimate disrespect!!!
@emmy .. it was disrespect. My opinion. Your entitled to yours
@emmy agree to disagree and part ways??
@Emmy he was cool with gay sh. Wtf are you talking about?

Napoleon had the best verse on life of an Outlaw

No!! When we ride. "...perhaps it's a must. I'm facing cases. Fuck probation is what I'm screamin while these money hungry cops be chas'in"...EPIC
Maaaan! It’s between Napoleon and Kadafi
Naw, Pac's verses were still the best on that song.
Pacs ego was out of control
All people getting asked about Johnny J start swirling around in their chairs or looking at plant pots in the corner…..
King Sun had to confront Cube over check yo self because he let cube hear it or told him about and Cube Ran with it.

Last Wordz is 🔥🔥
Didn't PACs early stuff sound like ice cubes records
I need that album
The album is out now....it's called Have Mercy
Saw him at a mosque in Toronto. May Allah keep him well.
Never forget Pac had Cube and Ice T on the same track BEFORE Trespass. I don't think it was beef in that sense. Besides no matter how much Suge and Death Row would gas Pac up, he wouldn't have been crazy to come at Cube. He didn't want that smoke in 96.
On icecube jacking 4 beats there's a cut of the humpty song. Ice cube says "but I don't party and shake my but, I leave that for the brothers with the funny hair cuts". Also on lethal injection ice cube was singing repping Westside. He was wearing bandanas on the predator album and throwing up a two handed dub along time ago. I don't know what Tupac's beef was over???? I'm a fan of both just stating facts. I don't think icecube ever bit 2pacs style. I don't think Pac bit cubes style either.
well to keep it real with yall the W hand sign is actually originally the sign for Watts.
Cube learned that from Kam & Solo from watts.
That's true!! All I listen!! To was west coast Rap!! 💯🍾🥂🥃🎱🎲🎲📸🎹🎷🎺🎸🪕🎻🥁🎚️🎛️🎙️📻📺📼📹📽️🎥🎞️😎👊

He can say it , but he doesn't want to promoted it , so people that follow him , will now the title and then start listen to it

I’m tripping that none of theses dudes had any success since he’s been gone. Just 20 yr old stories
Nigga is you serious !! Ice Cube stole pac style!!?? 😂 Ice Cube stared this gangster shit been rapping like this
Plus Pac originally from East coast, NYC.
He messed the vibe in the studio up. So it was a wrap. That is my guess. Wrong place, wrong time for that question. But as he said, he was younger and was not on that level yet.
Yay-Yay came from Pac, and Cube stole it from him
They all got it from Funk legend George Clinton.
@emmy name a song cube said that before Pac said it on Makaveli
@emmy why you like your own comment

Tupac first rap name was MC New York then he went to a West Coast style which Cube was one of the pioneers

He lying he said he never heard a biggie song except for what come on the tv. I can’t take his word on nothing anymore after that 2pac was a fan of biggie so I know he listened or he wasn’t with pac like that
I don't know about biggie...but I know they say he was a fan of Nas
Idk
Back then I too didn't know much about Biggie's music apart from ''Big Poppa'' and ''One More Chance'' (remix) and the one he did with Junior Maffia. So, I can imagine some 2pac fans or associates didn't care to go and check his music either. Plus, back then there was no RUclips or streaming services, so it was easier to intentionally ignore rappers you didn't care about...

4:06 he is not fuckin with Christopher!
Suge’s was a dirty joker!
Eminem vs TUPAC would be a good verses battle.
2pac aka MAKAVELI would wash up Eminem aka FEMINEM
This guy was extra
I feel like the loyalty thing kicked in when he told Mutah that he listened to Biggie when he came around 😂
Technically N.W.A. was a bit underground and early on so was Ice Cube cause most of the music could NOT be played on radio or MTV for a couple year... you literally had to wait for a radio friendly single or the censored album or a television friendly music video... otherwise if they made a straight to Video VHS release you wouldn't know and it was hard to find these things.
So even as Tupac's career grew, Tupac was not really like a heavily popular, always on... he had to have some smash hit singles that were club friendly or summer bangers for the car speakers...
Therefore Mu is correct in his listening tastes... then when Biggie came out I recall that "all of a sudden" they heavily hyped his music videos and singles all over the east coast and MTV... did you know that The Source hip hop magazine was headed by a dude who was buddies with Puffy before the Biggie album came out? Stuff like that makes you wonder back then.
How you have a ton of collaborations and flashy music videos on your first album as a rapper? Some things were weird cause other rappers had to work with budgets and they barely got air play or television showings.
Yeah Cube peeped that Napoleon wad up on game Cube still got undercover hate for Pac yeah I heard the interview on mount Westmore ? on Pac.
Music wasn't meant for you Mu. You found your calling brother
how you not gonna ask about what happened to those Johnny J tracks??
