@@Shiv-d4h Basically Urek is not using any kind of technique with the Shinsu, he is just reinforcing his physical strength with it, which makes him so op cause he just needs that against luslec who is i think 15 ranked in tower
@@omoshirou2043 but i think he used 30% shinshu reinceforment... so it means he is using shinshu technique
