hey cap. i always watch your videos to fall asleep after a long day working, but nearly a week i cannot sleep more than 2 hours and have terrible nightmares due to the trauma of the disastrous earthquake that hit Turkiye last week. even though i am far away, safe and sound in the western side of the country , we all are devastated by the shock of the death and all the other horrible events. i didn’t talk to anyone since last week, not a single word but in this video, i feel like we are having conversation with a dear friend that i need a lot and you are helping me keep calm ( and kinda get my sh*t together). thanks a lot my friend, i just wanted to share my gratitude. take care.

A year later and I’m back yet again I was trying to sleep it is 1:40 am I have a class at 11:30 and my brian was like let’s think about our mortality and death cause why not! And I can’t sleep nor get comfortable so I’m praying that this works cause I’m exhausted but my anxiety won’t shut off
cap it is 1 am rn my anxiety is peaked my brain won't shut off last month I lost someone very important Thursday we lost my uncle found out Saturday and went to a memorial yesterday for a friend who died at 39. Right now life is TRULY testing my limits and how much I can handle it has made my scared, fearful sad and anxious. Right now im not in therapy cause its was costing to much for my parents so having someone to like just take care of me for a second is so nice
