On the subject of her fighting IPC grunts, it could be argued they are members of the marketing development department, the IPC department which is not only the one lead by Oswaldo Schneider, but also the rivals/enemies of the Strategic Investment Department, aka the department Jade is apart of.
Pretty sure they are the moles. All of them are scared shitless from the beginning, she is talking about desires and greed the entire trailer, as soon as she get imprisoned employee ready to talk about his accomplices others attack her and then we also get wanted posters with IPC grunts (in thier helmets lmao)

also, the reason she seems very fan service coded is because she is supposed to represent Lilith in the Bible - trying to seduce eve to eat the apple, that’s why she has snakes all around her. Also, many many MANY symbolization of the devil within her trailer. A lot of people don’t like her character because of the fan service, but it goes deeper then that.
Pulled Jade, built her to lvl 70 with terrible relics and underleveled traces and Herta shop LC, and she got me to 3 stars in PF4. Worth it.
I pulled E1, she's already Level 80 with LC und all Traces + some Kind of Relics.... I was prepared :D

Jade is LITERALLY the devil. I feel like she should’ve been a top tier DPS but instead she carries Pure Fiction and that’s basically it

I easily see her as stand-in member three of the "Hertako" team for Pure Fiction. Area has Ice and Quantum recommend? Use Herta & Jade. Area instead is Fire & Quantum recommend? Mommy team of Himeko & Jade. It just works, and my (Stellar) Jades are crying in how much I want her, but at the same time I'm not guaranteed her

I mean. Jing Yuan does FUA and Jade empowers those type of wide spread attacks. Our General could have another boost. XD
In *general* Jing Yuan would prefer another harmony over a second DPS, Jade's specific buff (30 spd) isn't really super relevant for jing since he prefers to be advanced forward anyway. Also, Jade does not offer respectable single target damage, so their team would lack single target damage since jing yuan would do less damage since you can only run 1 harmony.
