This is the trailer park that was started by David Utzinger and his cronies, dba Emerald Enterprises, back in the eighties. My family was renting the farmhouse that is/was on the property and were evicted by them because my father exposed that they were taking hazardous shortcuts and using illegal practices during the building process.
