Well said, these realter providing all the wrong picture to justify price rise. Economics dictates price is controlled by demands, here end users are not able to buy.. going by this guy's logic we have as many millionaires as the inventories being sold. Clearly not possible, these are simply EOI factor driving prices up & FOMO for seasoned investors holding inventories to make money. End users are just don't know how to afford all these in such market amid job losses in IT industry
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024

Real estate doesn't just gives the returns equal to price hike, you can have significant rental income as well
