I just learned the headstand and thinking about learning the handstand push up (cuz i already had the strength but not the balance) and this video just came up when i opened youtube
God you're awesome, I've been trying to learn handstand first and now handstand pushups but I'm still at the pike stage, I love it tho and you've helped me quite a lot with your previous videos! :D Thanks again!!!
The extension is a progression of the lift. It’s not necessary to master in the progression. However, you should work on eccentrics from shoulder stand position and slowly move your legs down. This’ll build the strength overtime for the extension
Great video! Ive been trying to learn to do a true handstand for over a month now and cant get passed 5seconds or so, its not strength as ive been training my shoulders with my body weight for the same amount of time... Kinda stuck at the moment on how to improve balance
You can do it! I recommend you check out my handstand video to learn more about balancing in your handstand properly. ruclips.net/video/aXDxa79u0xQ/видео.htmlsi=395bmkdVSVGFyx2J

My guy! Thanks for the support 🔥💪🏾
These vids helped me to realize my primary problem with all the calisthenics moves is my super-tight hamstrings. So thanks for that.
Hamstrings definitely are the culprit for keeping legs straight! I’m glad I could help

I’d love to see a video on your form so I can critique. The floating pike pushups are hard. Definitely.
