X= punto bajo
V= aumento de punto bajo (2 puntos en el mismo punto )
W=aumento de 3 puntos bajos ( tres puntos bajos en un mismo punto)

◾R3: 1sc, 3 sc in 1sts, 2 sc in 1sts, 3 sc in 1sts, 1sc, 3 sc in 1sts, 2 sc in 1sts, 3 sc in 1sts ( 18 Total )
◾R4: 2sc, 3 sc in 1sts, 4sc, 3 sc in 1sts, 3sc, 3 sc in 1sts , 4sc, 3 sc in 1sts, 1sc (26 Total)
◾R5: *Mark 4th, 7th, 11th, 17th, 21th, 24th sts* (Blue/Any Yarn color)

If you mean the stitch at 20:28 it’s a slipstitch.
