Hey I love your work can I get some tips please. When I cover my cake with fondant after sitting for a minute it forms a bulge/ bubble on parts of the cake. Do you know why it what I'm doing wrong
Hi, thank you so much 😊, is your cake properly chilled for more than 4hrs? Or even overnight? If not that’s the possibility of the cake sponge breath from inside to outside , if your cake sponge is not chilled properly and it’s covered already the air or the moister coming from the sponge will trap from the fondant that’s why there are bubbles appearing
