If your iPAD has a old version you can take a steps which describe below: Downloading a previous version of an app requires the app be downloaded from iTunes in the Cloud, i.e. the app must be in the user's purchase history. To do this please follow the next steps: You must have already purchased or downloaded the app under your Apple ID on a compatible device (iOS 11 version and higher). The Loyverse POS app works offline. Your device can continue to make sales and work with shifts even when it's not connected to the Internet. However, not all functions are supported offline; such as refunds, new customer registration, adding items, and few other restrictions. When you make sales in offline mode, all of your receipts are stored locally in the device memory. If you go to the Receipt section you will see the receipts list. The receipts that were made in offline mode are marked as “Unsynced.” Note: If you sign out while your device has been disconnected from the Internet, you will lose your receipts made in the offline mode. Therefore, before logging out from Loyverse POS, make sure that all of your receipts have been transferred to the Back Office. Hello! You can make sales offline. But in order to sync all the sales data with your Back Office, you need to be connected to the Internet. When you make sales offline, all receipts will be saved on your device. And as soon as the receipts are synced with Back Office, they will be automatically deleted from your device. You cannot make refunds and Add customers in offline mode, also is not possible to accept credit/debit card payment by integrated payment system. Please note: If you make sales and log out while your device has been disconnected from the Internet (offline mode), you will lose your receipts. So before logging out from Loyverse POS, make sure that all your receipts have been synced to the Back Office.

During check out, when a customer gives the cashier a certain amount of cash the cashier can input it to the Cash received field, additionally you can tap on the suggested amount which generates by Loyverse automatically. Also, you can enter a custom amount of cash received from the customer.

Can I run this on a normal pos system that has a android emulator? And still operate cash drawer and printer?
Loyverse POS App can be installed only on iPad, iPhone, Android Tablet or Android Smartphone. Some emulators are not compatible with external hardware such as printers or scanners. And we cannot guarantee that they are 100% compatible and we will not be able to help you in case you have problems with them.

If your iPAD has a old version you can take a steps which describe below:
Downloading a previous version of an app requires the app be downloaded from iTunes in the Cloud, i.e. the app must be in the user's purchase history.
This means it does not apply to new downloads, but rather re-downloads.
To do this please follow the next steps:
You must have already purchased or downloaded the app under your Apple ID on a compatible device (iOS 11 version and higher).
Once you have done this, you can go to the device with an older iOS version under the same Apple ID to your list of purchased apps and find Loyverse app;
Download it from there.

Hello sir/maam, i want to know if i can use loyverse app offline?
The Loyverse POS app works offline. Your device can continue to make sales and work with shifts even when it's not connected to the Internet. However, not all functions are supported offline; such as refunds, new customer registration, adding items, and few other restrictions.
When you make sales in offline mode, all of your receipts are stored locally in the device memory. If you go to the Receipt section you will see the receipts list. The receipts that were made in offline mode are marked as “Unsynced.”
Note: If you sign out while your device has been disconnected from the Internet, you will lose your receipts made in the offline mode. Therefore, before logging out from Loyverse POS, make sure that all of your receipts have been transferred to the Back Office.

Hello! There are two necessary conditions to add any Bluetooth (or USB) device to the supported hardware list for iOS.
1) This device should be licensed at MFi Program ("Made for iPhone/iPod/iPad").
2) We need to have this device, to develop the connection in Loyverse POS to the hardware.

Hello! You can make sales offline. But in order to sync all the sales data with your Back Office, you need to be connected to the Internet.
When you make sales offline, all receipts will be saved on your device. And as soon as the receipts are synced with Back Office, they will be automatically deleted from your device.
You cannot make refunds and Add customers in offline mode, also is not possible to accept credit/debit card payment by integrated payment system.
Please note:
If you make sales and log out while your device has been disconnected from the Internet (offline mode), you will lose your receipts. So before logging out from Loyverse POS, make sure that all your receipts have been synced to the Back Office.

Hello! With the Loyverse POS application, you can be able to connect it to the receipt printers. We suggest using the printers from the Supported Printers list ( help.loyverse.com/help/supported-printers ).
In cases when you connect your printers but it still cannot print receipts but print test receipts the reason can be that you did not activate certain switches. Therefore we recommend writing to our support team if you face any challenges with your printers, it is available 24/7.
